My concentration is bugs and insects, this one was one of the pieces I did at Jesse Reno's workshop. I like how abstracted it is and that the bugs have horns. It's fun.
RANYA. I like this piece a lot. The different textures and medias you used really made this piece unique. Love the way you drew that one bug out of pastel and only pastel while the others were filled in with color. It breaks the feel up a little and that's good. The layering with the colors and materials also help make the beetle things stand out. Overall, well done with this piece and I like how you shifted a little toward the abstract side of art. :)
I like that you are doing really different things with all of your pieces. There is a lot going on but it isn't messy/too crowded. I think you made good color choices as well. Nice!
